My work combines visual design, digital learning and production management. I enjoy making complex information clear and finding practical ways to improve how creative work gets done.
As Assistant Manager - Graphic Design at MEPSC, I manage multimedia delivery and event communications, working with teams, vendors and other stakeholders. I also develop AI-assisted workflows that reduce repetitive work across departments.
Alongside design, I guide teams and work with subject matter experts to improve digital learning content, from training handbooks and e-books to videos and interactive courses.

A skill council focused on management, entrepreneurship and professional skills.
- Designed and produced 300+ e-books. AI-assisted automation reduced production time by 80-90%, bringing work that took 5-10 days down to half a day or one day, with more consistent formatting and fewer revisions.
- Introduced automation into social media design, reducing a full day of production work to two hours.
- Automated bulk certificate generation and Certification Data Analyser workflows. Generated 10,000+ certificates overall, with batches of hundreds completed in minutes instead of two to three days. Recipient data stays local.
- Introduced AI-assisted workflows in other departments, reducing manual work and helping lower operating costs.
- Managed print and digital design delivery for three events, coordinating production requirements with vendors and stakeholders.
- Guided teams and worked with subject matter experts to improve e-courses for revenue-generating programmes serving thousands of learners.
